All deeWheel products are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. The product must be in the same condition and in the same product box that it was received and it has to be undamaged in any way.
Once the product is received, deeWheel will inspect it and will process the refund if the above conditions are met. The money will be refunded to the payment method that was used for the purchase.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. deeWheel will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
A refund will not apply if the product is damaged, the original package is missing or the return was initiated after 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
