Shipping Policy

deeWheel ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.deewheel.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, please refer to section 3.5.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Shipping costs are as follows:

CANADA (all tracked)
Ontario & Quebec - flat rate @ C$6.99 (2-3 business days)
Prairies & Atlantic Region - from C$9.99 (regular, 4-5 business days) or C$25.99 (express, 3 business days)
Pacific Region & Northwest Territories - from C$10.99 (regular, 5-6 business days) or C$30.99 (express, 3 business days)
"Neighbour" Delivery is also available in some areas of Ontario for C$4.99 (within 48 hours) and will apply to specific postal codes in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Guelph area.

UNITED STATES (all tracked) - from C$8.99 (tracked packet, 6-9 business days depending on State of destination)

EUROPE - from C$15.99 (regular, 4-12 weeks), C$34.99 (express, 6-12 business days) or C$47.99 (tracked express, 5-8 business days)

OCEANIA - from C$17.99 (regular, 4-12 weeks), C$38.99 (express, 6-12 business days) or C$54.99 (tracked express, 12-15 business days)

deeWheel is currently NOT delivering outside these destinations. For deliveries outside these destinations please contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to fulfill your request.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TERMS
3.1 Transit Time
Shipment times depend on destination and selected delivery method as listed in SECTION 2.
3.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of order.
3.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
3.4 P.O. Box Shipping
deeWheel will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
3.5 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
3.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation


SECTION 4 - TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

SECTION 5 - PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us by e-mail at [email protected].

SECTION 6 - CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind after you purchase one or more items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 - INSURANCE
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
7.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
7.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
